At Reveille Software we value the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, partners and friends’ information. Our policies follow.
What Information is Collected?
We will not collect any personal information unless we ask for it first. We may request that you voluntarily provide us with contact and company information in exchange for literature or to schedule a meeting. This information will help us enhance your site visit and may be used to follow-up with you after your visit.
How Will Reveille Software Use My Information?
Once personal information is voluntarily given, it may be used for purposes such as processing a request for more information, for internal surveys or to send promotional materials. You may receive emails related to our product offerings, but you will not receive unsolicited mail or email from other companies. If a user prefers not to receive emails or other forms of communication the user may opt-out from receiving such communication. This can be done through automated opt-out procedures that are fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act.
We will not disclose information about a transaction to any party not directly involved and we do not sell or share customer information or email lists. We may, however, disclose your personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with law.
Also, Reveille Software may internally gather and use statistics about visitors to our sites, such as volume, traffic patterns, and related site information, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.
How Does Reveille Software Protect Your Information?
We use industry standard technologies, such as firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection and site monitoring to protect your personal information. As with all data transmission over the Internet, we can not guarantee 100% security, especially for information submitted to us via e-mail. Once received, we will make our best effort to ensure security on our servers.
