Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) (Documentum D6/xCP) Component

The Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) component is an OASIS specification that defines a domain model and bindings that enable interoperability among enterprise content management (ECM) systems and applications. EMC Documentum CMIS is an implementation of CMIS 1.0 that works with the Documentum repository. For more information on CMIS, see the OASIS CMIS 1.0 specification.

Depending on the test selection, complete the following input:

Credentials. Enter the authentication information for the Repository.

Content Server. Enter the Documentum Connection Broker (formerly known as DocBroker) for this Test. A Connection Broker is a name server for the EMC Documentum Content Server. This should be a server name followed by a port number.

Document. The full path of the document name in the repository.

Folder. Enter or select the folder path in the repository.

Local File. The full path of the local file name to store.

Maximum Rows. The maximum number of rows returned by the CMIS query. Default is for 50 rows.

MIME media type. Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) type of the local file.

New Folder. The new folder name to be created in the repository.

Query. CMIS query to execute against a repository.

Repository. Enter or select the repository name.

Response. Case sensitive expected Test response

URL. URL of the CMIS web application context root.

Threshold. Enter the appropriate threshold value.

Test Definition Page

Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.

Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.

Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. Limited to 255 characters.

Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Timeout value if needed. Turn on Debug messages if needed. Click Next.
