System Dashboard Servers
In the System Dashboards, the Servers page enables you to view all the Servers in the Reveille system, along with their status. You must have View Server Dashboard permission to see this page.
To display the System Dashboards Servers page, click System Dashboards > Servers in the Left Navigation Pane.
The Servers page contain three tables, not all of which may be visible in every environment: Servers, Remote Servers, and Collector Status.
All the information displayed on this page is read-only.
Servers Table
The Servers table lists the Local Server and any Worker Servers in the system. For each Server, the table shows the Name, Status, Time Started, Elapsed Time Running, and the number of Active, Production, Licensed, and Test Monitors.
Remote Servers Table
If there are no Remote Servers defined in your system, the Remote Servers table will not appear on the Servers page.
The Remote Servers table lists all the Remote Servers in the system. For each Server, the table shows the Name, Status, Last Sync Time, Sync Duration, and the number of Monitors.
The Remote Server Status is calculated as follows: if the Status of the Remote Server is OK, a check will be made for the last time this Server synchronized with the Reveille database. The synchronization time thresholds are user determined and can be set on the Reveille Web interface Administration Remote Servers page (click Administration > Remote Servers in the Left Navigational Pane).
Collector Status Table
If there are no Collectors defined in your system, the Collector Status table will not appear on the Servers page.
The Collector Status table lists all the Collectors in the system. For each Collector, the table shows the Name, Status, Version, Data Sources Enables, Refresh Interval, and Last Update Time.
Collector Status is denoted as follows:
- Blue. The Collector is stopped.
- Green. The Collector is running.
- Yellow. The Collector did not reported status in the last refresh interval.
- Red. The Collector has not reported status in the last two refresh intervals.
Collectors can be deleted from the Collector Status table by clicking in the row for the Collector you want to remove.
