About the Reveille User Interface
The Reveille user interface displays a navigation pane on the left and a display pane on the right. The Left Navigation Pane contains the following sections:
- System Dashboards. Displays global information and statistics for the selected Server. The information displayed includes Current Server Time, Time Server Started, and Elapsed Time Server Running, plus other information.
The blue heading area displays the server status and includes aRefresh button to ensure you are viewing the most current data available. In the lower part of the screen, a pie chart shows Monitor counts per status and calendar availability.
The Dashboard navigation option also provides access to Groups, Monitors, and Scorecard overview information.
- Reports. Enables you to select a Group, Monitor, or Resource and view its corresponding reports. .
- Administration. Enables you to manage Groups, Monitors, the Scorecard views displayed in the Dashboard, Monitor Notifications, Downloads of product components, and manage Remote Servers in a distributed Servers environment.
Under Monitors, you can you can enable or disable all Monitor Notifications and Proactive Actions. This is helpful to temporarily suspend notifications during unplanned change control events. You can also administer employees, support groups, RSS groups, and RSS Monitors, as well as view the Notification Log.
- Logs. Provides access to the Monitors, Notification, and System logs.
- User Settings. Enables you to the select the page that displays initially at application start up.
- Reveille. Displays the Reveille Software web site in the User Console's right pane.
- Help. Provides Reveille users with online Help, which includes search capabilities for descriptions of Reveille functionality.
