Reveille Platform Reports

Clicking Reports in the Left Navigation Pane displays a hyperlinked list of all available Reveille reports in the right pane. These reports are the same as those available through the Groups, Monitors, Resources, and Scorecard Reports pages. However, you can use the centralized location on the Reports page to quickly access the exact report level you are interested in generating.

Group-Level Reports

Group reports are similar to Monitor reports except that they represent the average of all Monitors in the selected Group. The following Group-level reports are available:

• Customer Experience Report. Describes the availability and response time of each Monitor for a selected Group.
• Daily Availability Report. Indicates the service level availability of the selected Group for a given day.
• Monthly Availability Report. Indicates the service level availability of the selected Group over a given month.
• SLA Report. Displays a management performance summary of the selected Group and evaluates whether it has met designated service levels for a specified period.

Monitor-Level Reports

Monitor reports include the availability and error information for the entire application being monitored.  Reveille provides the following Monitor reports:

• Customer Experience Report. Describes the availability and response time of each test for a selected Monitor.
• Daily Availability Report. Indicates the service level availability of the selected Monitor for a given day.
• Monthly Availability Report. Indicates the service level availability of the selected Monitor over a given month.
• Error Summary Report. Summarizes the number of errors for a selected Monitor over a given date range and time period.
• SLA Report. Displays a management performance summary of the selected Group and evaluates whether it has met designated service levels for a specified period.

Resource Reports

Resource reports include only the response information for an individual Resource, not to an entire application being monitored. Reveille provides the following Resource reports:

• Monthly Availability Report. Indicates the service level availability of the selected Resource over a given month.
• Average Response Time Report. Displays the average response time over a given time period for one or more Tests of the selected Monitor Resource combination.

Scorecard Reports

Scorecard reports provide HTML and PDF format reports of existing Scorecard views.
