Sending a Notification E-mail to a Support Group

Using the Reveille User Console, you can send a notification message to support groups.

To send an e-mail to a support group:

  1. Click Administration > Support Groups in the Left Navigation Pane. The Support Group Administration page displays.
  2. Click Notify for the support group you want to modify. The Notify a Support Group page displays.
  3. Select a Group from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter an Email Subject.
  5. Select a Support Level.
  6. Enter the message Text. The Text Length displays the total character count for your message.
  7. Click Send Notification to distribute your message.
  8. Click Close to return to the Support Group Administration page.
