Sending a Notification E-mail to a Support Group
Using the Reveille User Console, you can send a notification message to support groups.
To send an e-mail to a support group:
- Click Administration > Support Groups in the Left Navigation Pane. The Support Group Administration page displays.
- Click
Notify for the support group you want to modify. The Notify a Support Group page displays.
- Select a Group from the drop-down list.
- Enter an Email Subject.
- Select a Support Level.
- Enter the message Text. The Text Length displays the total character count for your message.
- Click Send Notification to distribute your message.
- Click Close to return to the Support Group Administration page.
