Security (Permissions)

What does this do?

The Security page enables you to set permissions for individual users or user groups. Use it to select the functions people can access. This includes dashboard, monitor, and administration access. All permission changes are logged in the Reveille system log.

Reveille permissions leverage standard Windows Domain security. This allows the association of Windows security groups or individuals with a specific permission.

When would I use this?

Use permissions to control access to Reveille Web interface functionality.

Where do I see a change after using this?

Users are allowed or prevented from viewing and changing aspects of the Reveille Web interface based on the permissions set.

How do I use this?

You can use either the Reveille Admin console or the Reveille web interface to set permissions.
