Services

The Services Settings page enables you to specify the settings for the HTTP Service and the TCP Service (if licensed).

Define this general services setting:

Debug On. Enables debug logging of the Reveille User Analytics services. The debug level information is written to the system log.

HTTP Service Settings

Define these settings for the HTTP Service:

• Address. Enter the host name or IP address for the server.
• Command Port. Enter the command port for the server.
• Data Port. Enter the data port for the server.
• Encrypted Data Port. Enter the encrypted data port for the server.
• Write to Data Store. Select the items that you want to write to the data store: User Transactions, Transaction Data Packets, Non-Transaction Data Packets, and Data Packet Headers Only.

TCP Service Settings

Define these settings for the TCP Service:

• Address. Enter the host name or IP address for the server.
• Command Port. Enter the command port for the server.
• Data Port. Enter the data port for the server.
• Encrypted Data Port. Enter the encrypted data port for the server.
• Write to Data Store. Select the items that you want to write to the data store: Messages, and Metrics.

Buttons

• Save. Click to implement any changes. A confirmation will be shown.
• Cancel. Click to reload the page with its original values.
